General regulations:
The board of H.S.V. Visscherslust in Waalwijk declares that, with due observance of the Fisheries Act, as well as with all the conditions and provisions included in this certificate of membership or this license, the member of the association has the right to fish in the waters below in accordance with the conditions indicated in the licenses, with 2 rods, in compliance with the legal provisions laid down for that purpose. The most important Fisheries Act and regulations are summarised later in this permit. Please note that this summary is not exhaustive. You are expected to be aware of the applicable Fisheries Act and rules. The complete list can be found on www.sportvisserijnederland.nl As proof of membership, only the Vispas applies. Expulsion as a member follows if the holder of the fishing pass allows someone else to use it.

Cancellation must be done before October 1 of the year preceding the year for which withdrawal is requested.

Liability:
HSV Visscherslust accepts no liability whatsoever for theft, accidents and/or damage incurred on or to its fishing waters or boat jetties, in any way whatsoever. She points in particular to the 'Bergsche Maas', which is dangerous for children, and the wheels in the 'Heerlijkheid van Dr. Weyers'.

Control:
Members are obliged, after identification by the inspector, to give access to their documents, the catch and, if necessary, to have their luggage checked on the first request. The inspectors are obliged to report all violations to the board. If the required permit(s) and the fishing pass cannot be shown during an inspection, one is considered to be fishing without a permit and an official report may follow.
Possession of undersized fish or carp (unless one is entitled to do so), as well as selling or having the catches sold is strictly prohibited and can result in expulsion.

Violations committed:
In case of violation of the regulations and/or regulations, one is considered to be fishing without a license. This can lead to an official report, as well as suspension or expulsion from the association.
Remember that in the event of violations, a hard-won right can be lost forever.

Additional provisions HSV Visscherslust:
1.Night fishing. Allowed on private waters with the exception of the wheels in Elshout. On all wheels it is forbidden to fish at night between two hours after sunset and one hour before sunrise;
2.No parking. At the Elshoutse Wielen, especially at the Grote Koppelwiel, it is strictly forbidden to park cars on the water. In exceptional cases, people may use the verge at the bottom of the dike along the ditch side. It is also strictly forbidden to park cars on or along the entrances to pasture and arable land;
3.Ban on fishing with colored maggots. It is strictly forbidden to fish with colored maggots on all waters of HSV Visscherslust. Strict action will be taken against offenders!;
4.Minimum size pike 60cm in WATERS 1 to 5. Contrary to what is stated in the Minimum Sizes and Closed Times Regulations of the Fisheries Act, the minimum size for pike from management objectives has been set at 60 cm. Pike smaller than 60 centimeters must be returned immediately to the same water;
5.Carp should always be returned to the same water. No carp may be taken or transferred to another water;
6.Walking rights. Insofar as the land along the water to which HSV Visscherslust has fishing rights is not owned or a public road, the association has acquired walking rights. However, access to these grounds is only permitted for the practice of fishing;
7.Members are also reminded of:
oDo not leave gates open, gates must be closed at all times!;
oNot to walk through hay, grass and teel land, other than on existing paths;
oDo not pull out or cut turf, or damage or contaminate other property of third parties;
oNot to leave food scraps, paper, plastic or other waste along the waters or to throw it into the water;
oNot to let dogs loose on our fishing waters;
oWhen leaving the fishing place, it must be left clean;
oNo barbecuing, making a campfire or any other fire

Fishing rights HSV Visscherslust

1. On the authorization of the Federation of the Southwest of the Netherlands
The drainage canal 's-Hertogenbosch – Drongelen, with regard to the part lying in the municipality of Waalwijk, from the Brug Valkenvoortweg (hm-paal 177) to the Bovenlandsche Sluis
Please note: the so-called 'Stukske' below the Bovenlandsche Sluis to the Bergsche Maas is not included.

2. Leased by the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Management and Fisheries
The ditches, located in the winter bed, located on the southern bank of the Bergsche Maas, bounded in the west by the line, going from the Peereboomse Sluis on the north bank, southwards across the river, and bordered in the east by the supply canal to the Waalwijkse Haven.

3. Rented from Dr. Weyers in VlijmenThe Heerlijkheid to which the following waters belong1. the Doeverense Sluiswiel;2. the Doeverense Plas;3. the Weterings Plas;4. the Grote Koppelwiel
5. the Koningsvliet (Hoofdvliet);6. the Harten Aas;7. the Gonne Gat;8. the Kamperswiel;9. the Wiel bij de Man.

The Koningsvliet (Hoofdvliet) may be fished, from the bridge on the Heusdenseweg in Elshout, in a westerly direction up to + 200 meters past the Zeedijk (end of the forest edge and row of willow trees). All waters of Dr. Weyers are located in the Lordship, belonging to the High, Middle and Low Lordship Schoutambacht of Oud-Heusden, Elshout and Hulten, located in the canton of Heusden, stretching on the east, north and west side of the so-called Oude Maas, up to the 'territories of the villages of Doeveren, Baardwijk, Drunen and Giersbergen'.

Remark:
On ALL wheels located in the Heerlijkheid of Dr. Weyers, NIGHT FISHING is forbidden all year round. It is also NOT allowed to fish or sail from boats!
Natuurmonumenten grants HSV Visscherslust the right to walk on the WEST side of Het Gonnegat and the Harten Aas. The NORTH SIDE of the Kamperswiel (the forest section) may not be entered.

4. On the permission of the Municipality of WaalwijkSee the Fishing Water Map of the Municipality of Waalwijk which you received with your permit. Or look at the website of the municipality of Waalwijk. www.waalwijk.nl.

5. On the authorization of Hengelsportvereniging Maar Geduld Hebben in WaalwijkThe Zuiderafwateringskanaal, from the Bovenlandsche Sluis in Waalwijk to the Waalwijkse Haven.

6. Various waters of Federation De Alm and BiesboschA special permit is required for these waters, which is part of the membership.
This permit is only valid in combination with the membership certificate of HSV Visscherslust. For terms and conditions, please refer to the federated license.

7. Various waters of Sportvisserij Nederland.
The VISpas, together with the paper lists of fishing waters (also called "thick booklet"), forms the legally required written permission (fishing license). The digital version of the paper lists of Viswateren can be downloaded free of charge as the VISplanner App. The combination of VISpas and VISplanner also constitutes a valid permission.

Bait Types
- It is forbidden to fish with a live fish or other live vertebrate. The ban is set out in Article 1.18 of the "Animal Keepers Decree". The "Animal Keepers Decree" is based on art. 2.3, third and fourth paragraph under a of the Animals Act;- Closed time for bait species. In the period from 1 April to the last Saturday of May, it is forbidden to fish with the following types of bait:- A piece of fish, (regardless of how large);- A dead fish;- Slaughter products;- All types of lures, with the exception of artificial flies smaller than 2.5cm.
